S2CONTROL was born in June 2020 by the hand of Rafael Sagrista, from the experience of more than 17 years dedicated to the industrial control sector, both nationally and internationally. The demanding nuclear, aeronautical, and food industries are the knowledge base of S2C to be able to offer next generation automation solutions.
I AM S2CONTROL
We carry out the engineering study of the complete control system, supply and programming of PLC's and SCADA's and HMI's systems, and commissioning. For this, we are experts in the main brands in the instrumentation and control sector, highlighting, among others, brands such as Siemens, Rockwell Automation, Omron, and Schneider.

We are also experts in the use of the main brands of industrial robot arms such as Universal Robot, Mitsubishi, ABB, Kuka, etc.

S2CONTROL ranges from small projects, such as the modification of a machine or plant equipment, to large projects such as the global automation of an entire industry.

JAIL MEXICO
Location: Mexico DF
Control engineering project with Omron PLCs for the entire access control of two prisons in Mexico, from the opening of doors, lighting, cell control, perimeter security, ... This project was carried out in Mexico DF.
GRADA AIRBUS GETAFE
Location: Airbus Getafe
Programming, commissioning and training project for a new complete slipway for Airbus Getafe. In this case, Simotion and HMI from Siemens were used. The tests were carried out with real airplanes.
NORM PLANT
Location: Abu Dhabi
4-year project for the largest refinery in the world, located in Abu Dhabi, in which Rafael Sagrista carried out the instrumentation and control engineering, the programming of the Siemens PLC's and SCADA's, and the commissioning. In turn, he engineered the marshalling, PLC and ESD cabinets, which governed more than 2000 wired signals, and a total of more than 30,000 communicated signals.
CN ALMARAZ
Location: CN Almaraz
Historical project for the treatment of radioactive waste at the Nueclear de Almaraz Power Plant. Rafael Sagrista carried out from 2009 to 2019 both preventive and corrective maintenance of the entire Siemens control system, as well as scheduled modifications to it. Several training courses were given to plant workers.
KARACHI NUCLEAR POWER COMPLEX
Location: Pakistan
Instrumentation and control engineering, programming and commissioning of a system for eliminating and drying radioactive waste from useless tools at the KNPC before being compacted and disposed of. The control system was from Rockwell Automation.
ARÉVALO FLOUR
Location: Arévalo (Ávila)
Updating of the entire control system, both at the software and hardware level, of the Harinas de Arévalo factory, owned by Villafranquina. Programming was done brand new from scratch using Rockwell Automation's Factory Talk and RSLogix 5000.

ENGINEERING
We carry out control engineering for both new projects and modifications, ranging from the creation of P&ID, generation of hardware architectures, functional documents, choice of both control and instrumentation components, list of signals, etc.
SUPPLY
Through a network of approved suppliers or directly from the manufacturers themselves, we supply the instrumentation and control material that is contemplated in any project.
PROGRAMMING
Design and programming of PLC's, SCADA's, HMI's, variators, robot arms, etc ...
We are specialists both in new project work, as well as in the restoration, modification and migration of existing projects.
START UP
Commissioning is carried out, ranging from the installation and adjustments of all instrumentation and control equipment, to functional tests.
TRAINING
After the completion of a commissioning, training is offered to both plant engineering and operation and maintenance. This training covers, depending on the need, from the use of the control system, to the performance of maintenance.
MAINTENANCE
If the client wishes, S2C can carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance of its control system, whether it has been installed by us or not.

WATER SECTOR (THERMOSOLAR PALMA 1 AND 2)
December 2020
S2CONTROL, together with #LNAguas de #CENSolutions , has successfully completed phase 1 and 2 of the modifications to the control system of the water treatment plants of the Palma 1 and 2 thermosolar plants owned by CountourGlobal.
AERONAUTICAL SECTOR (LINE TO PULSE)
December 2020
S2CONTROL has successfully completed the automation of the sensorization of the pulse line heads and the Siemens PLC programming through #TIAPORTAL at the #Airbus CBC facilities in El Puerto de Santa María.
INDUSTRIAL SECTOR
October 2020
Complete update of the control system of a vertical robotic warehouse. Specifically, the PLC is replaced by a Siemens S71500, the proprietary SCADA by a Siemens WinCC, all the remotes, the encoders, ... The programming is completely new including new improvements. During commissioning, the 208 positions of each of the drawers are adjusted, the ramps and speeds of the drives are configured to optimize the system, and new safeguards are implemented to adapt the equipment to current regulations.
ENERGY SECTOR
September 2020
S2CONTROL completes the update of the control system of a stretch wrapper / palletizer. The old Mitsubishi PLC has been replaced by one from Allen Bradley of Rockwell Automation. It has been programmed from scratch. We finish with the start-up.
AERONAUTIC SECTOR
August 2020
S2CONTROL completes the implementation of new safeguards, and the start-up, of a slipway from the main auronautical manufacturer in Europe. The control system was equipped with an HMI and a Siemens Simotion controller. TIA Portal V15.0 is used for the HMI and Simotion SCOUT V5.2 for the controller.
AERONAUTIC SECTOR
June 2020
CEN Solutions and S2CONTROL finalize the modification of an inspection equipment for the main auronautical manufacturer in Europe. The system was equipped with a Siemens Sinumerik numerical control and a Midas SCADA system.
FOOD SECTOR
June 2020
S2CONTROL completes the modification of a trainer for a leading company in the food sector. The equipment has been equipped with new instrumentation, and the logic of the PLC, HMI, and drives, all of the Omron brand, has been completely modified. With these modifications, the former has managed to make precision cuts and always within the configurable limits of the target trays.
